NO WOMAN IN GEOR-GIA SHOULD DIE FROM CERVICAL CANCER. Unfortunately African American wom-en are more likely than white women to die from breast and cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is preventable if women are screened regularly by the PAP TEST. Early abnormal cells that de-velop before malignant cancer cells are what a PAP TEST will detect. What are we going to teach in this class?
Through out a cooking demonstration and a nutrition class you will learn how to prepare delicious meals and snacks, select food that may lower your risk of developing cancer. You will also learn how to prepare food with less fat, sodium, sugar and more fiber. In addition, you will learn how to make healthier food choices in the grocery store.
